Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and manage market growth.
- Handle and expand dealer networks.
- Conduct regular market visits and gather market intelligence.
- Engage with lost customers and rebuild relationships.
- Coordinate between Sales, Service, and Production teams.
- Plan and execute promotional and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. officers.
- Oversee generator maintenance, repairs, and installations (5 KVA to 350 KVA).
- Ensure timely production and dispatch coordination.
Coverage area: Patna and surrounding markets.
