🔍 About the Role:
As a Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, analysis, and execution of structural systems for various industrial and infrastructure projects. This role involves close coordination with internal design, fabrication, and construction teams to ensure the structural integrity and success of each project.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design and analyze steel, concrete, and composite structures using STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000
✅ Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical specifications
✅ Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and site teams to align project requirements
✅ Conduct inspections, review shop drawings, and ensure quality during execution
✅ Create design reports, calculation sheets, and compliance documentation
✅ Contribute to innovation and value engineering initiatives
📐 What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
🧮 3–8 years of experience in structural design and analysis
💻 Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, SAFE, Revit
📘 Knowledge of IS codes, AISC, ACI, Eurocodes
🗣️ Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
📋 PE license or equivalent is a plus
