We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team and drive market expansion in the power solutions sector.

Locations: Ranchi | Deoghar | Dhanbad

Company: Sharda Diesels Private Limited

CTC: Up to ₹5,00,000 per annum

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth for diesel generators and engines
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
  • Manage and strengthen dealer & channel network
  • Gather market insights and develop strategic plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and after-sales support

🔹 Eligibility:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate (Marketing, Business, Engineering preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (DG sets/power solutions/industrial equipment preferred)

Locations: Patna | Motihari | Bettiah

Company: Sharda Diesels Private Limited

CTC: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for diesel generators and related products
  • Generate enquiries through market visits, customer meetings, and local references
  • Identify new customers, projects, and business opportunities
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed orders
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct market surveys and gather competitor insights
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders
  • Support installation, commissioning, and after-sales activities

 

🔹 Eligibility:

  • Graduate (Science background preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing (DG sets/power solutions/industrial products preferred)

 

🔹 Key Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
  • Basic technical understanding of diesel generators
  • Willingness to travel extensively
