🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
• Maintain office records, documents, and files.
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Handle procurement and inventory of office stationery and assets.
• Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, courier services, and visitor coordination.
• Support HR and Accounts with administrative tasks.
• Ensure smooth office functioning and facility management.

🔹 Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Administration or Office Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.
